ONLINE SHOPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made in the online store of Flawless Clothing Oy (Business ID: 3491514-5) at www.flawlessclothing.fi . By purchasing products from the online store, you accept these terms and conditions.
2. Products and prices
All products correspond to the product descriptions and prices include VAT. Prices may change, but after confirming the order, the price stated in the order is valid.
3. Placing an order
You can place an order in the online store by selecting the products and filling in the order information. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Orders are binding on Flawless Clothing Oy when payment has been received.
4. Payment methods
We accept payment methods via online banking, credit cards and Apple Pay. Payment will be charged at the time of order.
5. Delivery
We deliver products to Finland and abroad. Delivery time is usually 2–7 business days. Shipping costs are indicated at checkout before confirming payment.
6. Right of cancellation and refunds
You have 14 days to cancel your order from the date you receive it. The product must be unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.

7. Faulty or defective products
If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately by email at flawless.tuki@gmail.com We will correct the error or replace the product.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to refunding the price of the product at most.
9. Processing of personal data

10. Applicable law and disputes
The agreement is governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the matter will be resolved by a competent court in Finland.
